WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We ship our Cookie within the area that covers one-night-delivery shipping from South Jakarta. 

1-day shipping is available for the following cities : 

To ensure your cookies arrive in the freshest condition, at this time we are unfortunately unable to support shipping to international locations.

 

CAN I ORDER WITH INSTANT / SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?

On this website order, we only use next day shipping with SiCepat and JNE. This service covers an area outside Jakarta with 1day shipping coverage.

For instant / same day delivery service, we encourage you to make an order through our other platform. You can order Dough Lab through Go-Food, Grab Food, ShopeeFood, Traveloka Eats, and Tokopedia.

 

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver everyday ( including Public Holiday ) from the South Jakarta area.

For order before 2 pm will be processed on the same day, while order after 2pm will be processed on the next day.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You’ll get an email confirmation after you place your order. The email will give you information of  your order’s status and the order’s tracking number, which you can click to get updates on transit.  

 

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO ENSURE MY ORDER ARRIVES ON A SPECIFIC DATE?

At checkout you can select the date by which you would like your cookies to arrive, and we’ll ship them out accordingly to ensure the freshest cookies possible. 

During peak holidays such as Lebaran, Valentine’s, and Christmas Day, we encourage customers to select a date 1-2 days before desired delivery to ensure your package will arrive in time for the holiday.
